Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-09
Trazely is a network discovery and connectivity diagnostics tool (device scanning, ping, traceroute). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required for valid consent under the laws of your country, to use Trazely. If you are below that age, you may use the app only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
License
Subject to your compliance with these terms, the provider grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use Trazely on devices you own or control, solely for lawful network discovery and connectivity diagnostics. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the provider.
App Store Terms
If you obtain Trazely through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play, that platform's own terms additionally apply to your download and use of the app. The platform is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app, its content, support, or any claims arising from its use, except to the extent its own terms expressly require.
Authorized Use Only
Use Trazely only on networks you own or are authorized to inspect, and only against hosts you are permitted to probe.
Some company, school, hotel, public, or managed networks may have rules that restrict scanning, pinging, or tracing. You are responsible for using the app only where it is allowed. Diagnostics against public Internet hosts (such as public DNS resolvers) are generally acceptable, but local laws or acceptable-use policies may still apply.
No Misuse
You may not use Trazely on networks, systems, or devices you do not own or are not expressly authorised to inspect, or to disrupt, attack, gain unauthorised access to, surveil, or otherwise interfere with any network, system, device, or person. You may not use the app to violate any applicable law, regulation, third-party right, or acceptable-use policy, or to engage in any deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. The examples named in these terms are illustrative and not exhaustive.
Export Controls and Sanctions
You may not use, export, re-export, transfer, or make Trazely available in violation of any applicable export-control, sanctions, or trade laws of Austria, the European Union, the United States, or any other jurisdiction with authority over you or the app.
No Guarantee
Trazely does not guarantee that every device, service, or intermediate router will be found or correctly identified. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate depending on network conditions, device behavior, firewalls, operating system restrictions, and permissions.
Trazely does not replace professional security advice.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Trazely is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, profit, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the app, your inability to use the app, or any conduct or content of any third party in connection with the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Mandatory statutory liability under Austrian law — in particular for personal injury, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct — remains unaffected by this clause.
Termination
You may stop using Trazely and uninstall it at any time. The provider may discontinue or modify the app at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms is, to the extent permitted by law, the competent court for 8010 Graz, Austria.
Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country in which you are habitually resident remain unaffected.
Changes to these Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
